This is a nice piece and it is in fairly good shape considering it’s age. It definitely shows a little bit of use. Has some dents and dings. Take a look at all the photos to see condition.
It is 9″ tall, 8 1/4″ wide, and 1/2 thick. It lists areas in France where battles took place. This antique WWI military service plaque is in excellent condition. It has a few minor blemishes but overall it is amazing. There are only a couple on the internet, and unlike the others, this one has all its original hardware and the wood has no cracks. It has its original screws, nails, hanging chain, and identifying plates, along with its original pyramid-shaped pieces on the top right, left, and bottom which holds the plaque in place with the wood. The writing on this amazing militaria piece is raised. The back states, “Presented By 132nd Infantry Welfare Association To (Blank – No Name Listed) June 7, 1919″. The back bottom states, Designed & Manufactured By The Greenduck Co. This is an incredible antique WWI military plaque that is 103 years old. WW2 Rare Czech CSZ Mauser Bayonet With Scabbard excellent condition. Blade marked with a z in double circles and Scabbard marked with z in single circle. Both are in excellent condition and Scabbard has wonderful patina. Bayonet attachment mechanism works perfectly and smoothly. Handle is worn but complete. Antique Vintage German or Russian Flight Helmet – Excellent Condition. Period late 2020s or early 30s. This in an exceptional item, in excellent condition, min stain, with period PFC rank insignia, has buttons of later period (I think). Has four front pockets, epaulets and hanger in the neck. This item is very firm and has been nicely protected and lightly clean. Sleeves are 32.5, armpit to same 19 inches, length from collar rear hem 32 inches. Collar has button holes for EGA (2). The hanger is very firm and the tailor block is strong. Excellent early Droop Tail Luftwaffe Eagle pole top or auto insignia. Eagle is made of a heavy alloy and is attacked to a brass third Reich emblem. Has mounting and attaching bolt. Nice size for display Approx 9″ tall and has a wingspan of approx 9″ base measures approx 3 x 5”. No markings that I can find as to the maker? No dings dents or breaks in the casting.
