He received his medical degree from Bellevue Medical College in 1904; he was a contract surgeon with the US Army, a surgeon for the West Point Football Squad, a medical- military observer in the French Forces in France, attaché to the French Army in Paris, and a commanding officer at a field hospital during the Meuse Argonne campaign after the war. 1 framed photo of the Col. Approximately 13 3/4 x 10 3/4 inches framed. 2 a metal desk name plate – approximately 8 1/4 x 1 3/4 inches. 3 an engraved silver plated serving tray – approximately 29 x 18 3/4 inches. 4 a framed institutional medal from the Italian government dated 1921, hand signed by Luigi Gasparotto, Senator of Law Member of Parliament – approximately 20 1/4 x 14 3/8 inches framed. 5 and, a framed Medal of Honor from France dated 1919 – approximately 20 7/8 x 15 1/8 inches framed.
