Lot Of Items From 1920 West Point Graduate Estate Chevrons Buttons Boards
WWI ERA WEST POINT CADETS LOT. This Lot of Vintage West Point Items came from a local estate. All items belonged to a Cadet who graduated from West Point in 1920 (see photos). Lot consists of the items shown (see photos). The shoulder boards measure 6 x 2.5 inches, are heavy bullion and have US Army buttons as opposed to West Point Cadet buttons (see photos). The chevrons measure 7.5 inches in height and 6 inches across. They appear to have been glued in a post graduation keepsake album and have a little thin paper residue to the reverse (see photos). There are 6 of the larger removable West Point Cadet buttons and 8 of the smaller ones (see photos). The cap badge appears to be an issue style WWI officers screwback device. The thin gray numerals measure about 2 inches wide and 3 inches tall (see photos). They were sewn to something at one point and subsequently removed. The small stitching threads remain on each (see photos). Included with the items is the graduates name and cadet number. The 1920 graduation speaker according to the estate was General Pershing. Really an interesting West Point Cadet lot that’s just over 100 years old. Great opportunity for the West Point or Military Academy collector. The relative stopped by again and I have added another lot of uniform buttons, 3 more West Point Cadet buttons & his post graduation business card. They are included with the lot (see last four photos). Please check my other listings for other items from the same estate. Fixed Price, 30 Day Listing. Terms and Conditions I MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO IDENTIFY, DESCRIBE & PHOTOGRAPH THE ITEMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.
