Kingdom of Afghanistan Star Order Decoration medal, I’m guessing this was unique, or a gong for a sash that we’ve not seen before, Arthus Bertran jeweler of France made two workshops, since 1803! Looks like silver, 2 1/4 inches as worn, single loop at top.

Nothing included except holster, holster is still supple but finish is cracking. This holster is for the model 1014 star which is a hammer fired curiosity used by the French army in ww1.


Actual 41×79 Vintage American Flag 48 Star Sewn Cotton USA Banner Antique Patriotic Decor Red White Blue. Condition: Good used vintage condition. Fabric shows age-related wear and patina. Notable scattered light stains and marks on the white stripes and header, visible in close-up photos. Hem, grommets, and seams are solid. No major tears or holes noted. Field of stars and stripes are meticulously sewn. Stars are individually stitched onto the blue canton. Size: Approximate measurements shown in photos: 41 inches tall by 79 inches long (measured flat). Details: Classic antique US banner, two brass grommets, double-stitched header. Collector’s piece for patriotic display, Fourth of July, historical collection, or Americana home decor. Era: Estimated to be pre-1959 based on the 48-star pattern and construction style.

Major General Ignacio Comonfort. Gilt bronze with enamel. Base plate with eight diamond-cut points. Above it is a Maltese Cross with red enamel, finished in scrolls, and gold-trimmed. In the center, a button with an olive leaf wreath on its exterior, the epigraph enameled in dark blue with gold lettering bearing the inscription: Division General Ignacio Comonfort. In the center, tricolor enamel, a Mexican eagle with wings down, turning to the left, and a serpent. The plain back has an enameled button in the center, the epigraph in white with gold lettering; “CORP OF DEFENDERS OF THE REPUBLIC, ” and in blue enamel in gold letters the inscription: “DISTINGUISHED SERVICES SINCE 1836, ” with a tricolor center and a Mexican eagle facing left with a serpent.
