Two-piece brass box with a faceted hexagonal form and inset red “jewel” on the lid. Bilingual printed tabs (French/Dutch) identify nations. FRANCE/FRANKRIJK, BELGIQUE/BELGIË, RUSSIE/RUSLAND, AMÉRIQUE/AMERIKA, POLOGNE/POLE. Paper strip is vibrant and intact, with chromolithograph soldier cartoons connected by ribbon. 1.5″ wide × 1″ high. Condition: The metal case shows honest age wear and patina; paper pull-out is in excellent, vibrant condition. Please review all photos for details. Original interwar Belgian souvenir. Extremities slightly rubbed, occasionally finger stained at margins, otherwise ok with faint traces of use and age. All pages are complete and tight in the binding.
