Stetson M1911 WWI – interwar years, 1930s Officer’s Campaign Hat, four dent, 3in brim, no stitching at brim edge, stars not oak leaf. Chin strap is original but detached on one side. Despite being almost 100 years old, this Stetson is in fantastic condition! The exact age is unknown but the hat has several characteristics that help date it. The brim is 3in wide but does not feature decorative stitch lines around the outer edge, which dates the hat as later than 1919. The Stetson logo has stars in the upper left quadrant, but Stetson changed this to an oak leaf in 1950. The labels also suggest the date, making the 1930s my best estimate!
Rare Vintage Swedish Army Steel Helmet/ Casque with Insignia, Leather Lining with pads and Chin Strap. Chin Strap, Padding and leather lining is in good shape for the age. It appears to have been repainted but not sure if it was repainted in service or from a collector.

Optics are coated and very clear with no fogging. Body does show signs of age. Leather strap and case appears original to the binoculars — case in OK but rough shape with the back leather hinge torn so lid is separate.
VINTAGE WORLD WAR 1 BRASS US ARMY “DOUGHBOY” PARADE HELMET W/ ORIGINAL STRAP & LINER. Wear consistent with age and use. Topside with distressed finish from water and age. Inside underside rim has distressed finish as well – tarnish and green corrosion action on brass. Strap leather with no tears and leather head banding is in great shape as well. This is a vintage pair of aviator’s goggles with their aluminum case. The label on the strap is marked: E. The goggles have glass lenses and the bridge piece has an emblem with wings and the logo for American Optical Co. Was told by an ebayer that the mark was used on the goggles till 1929. The strap end hooks were bent slightly to remove them from the goggles. The aluminum case is 8 5/8″ long, 3″ wide and 1 3/4 high. It is marked “Aviator’s Goggle”. Someone had scratched “Simmie” onto the lid. The goggles are missing the inside padding. Offered here is this original, pre-WWII Longines Majetek military wristwatch made for Czech pilots. Large size, the case measures about 2″ long (50mm) overall, 22mm (9/16″) (strap width) between the lugs, and 40mm wide (1 1/2) excluding the crown. The watch is all original except for the crystal and strap. Watch was serviced and restored over 30 years ago. It still sets and runs well, but loses about a minute in a 24 hour period, so it likely in need of a cleaning once again. The original black dial has been touched up and the numbers and hands were re-painted with flourescent paint which has again chipped off in places. (see photos) The stainless case and crown are in excellent shape, and the text on the back of the case is crisp and deep. Property of the military administration. This is the third series of the Majetek, and the serial number of the bright 17j movement is correct for third series. The 22mm leather NATO type strap is a modern replacement, but suits the style of an aviator. Guaranteed to be original and as described. A scarce and desireable WWII pilot’s watch. Coming out of my collection is this Officers Sam Brown sword belt with the double shoulder straps. This configuration with 2 straps is reasonably scarce as original. It is in excellent and complete condition for it’s near 100 year age and has a near perfect color match for all parts. The belt, sword hanger leather slide, holster slide and. 45 magazine pouch are all marked and dated as follows — Q. 1922 and inspected on all H. 45 pistol Holster is not marked. Unusual to find all with a date and inspector match. The nickel sword hanger in great shape, is unmarked and has the knurled locking ring on the clip. To me the type of lock and clip on the hanger would indicate U. Made and better quality than the French import hangers that are normally seen. All stitching is strong. Some lite crazing on shoulder strap attachment ends but nothing serious. The item “U. S. C 1936, an original Spanish civil war leather tankers helmet. With liner, chin strap and insignia/badge. Very nice used condition, some wear for its age though. M1916 Field Artillery Harness, Wheel Horse. BREAST COLLAR complete with NECK STRAP, ZINC COLLAR PAD and NECK YOKE STRAP. Collar Pad has HOOK to engage D ring on pommel of Cavalry / Artillery McClellan Saddle. All stampings are of Jeffersonville Quartermaster Depot, post WW1 successor to Rock Island Arsenal for the manufacter of US military harness and saddlery. Has not be put together from various pieces. I took it apart for inspection and cleaning, has not be reassembled. Leather is undamaged, still should be softened some more to make more supple. Iron is brown patinaed.
