Issue was awarded 102 persons only and a lot of was damaged when Lithuanian was ocupied by USSR. The first version was not enameled on the reverse, and bigger then 2nd issue. Made till 1930, on ribbon, very rare, 65 mm by 63 mm, silver, gold gilt, superb enamels, extremely rare. Order : have few scratches on back side, enamels in super condition with gold gilt.
