This rare lot of original U. Army ephemera from the Hawaiian Department includes multi-page documents from the Signal Company at Schofield Barracks, dated December 27, 1930, detailing requests and directions for sending “ALOHA NUI LOA” Christmas greetings via radio to recipients on the mainland e. Features typed recipient lists with names, addresses, and messages, filed by Capt. Halsey of the Special Troops. Also included is a 1929 circular from Fort Shafter on personal radio holiday greetings, outlining procedures and special message forms.
