Originally a US bring back helmet that is coming out of my personal Collection, found in an old Oregon Barn exactly the way it is. This Rare Untouched (Dusty/Dirty) Barn Find Original M35 German Helmet has the following features: 1 Over 50% of it’s Original Field Paint that looks to be mixed with something to have a Camo appearance/color & texture roughness vs inside smooth apple green paint. 2 Stamped SE64 with Lot# XX42 (Hard to read & partially hidden by painted on name). Se e pictures for Details. 3 Has it’s Original Liner (Liner is stamped in several places, but it would have to be removed or modified to see them & I’m not going to risk damaging something). Leather is too dusty/dirty to see if it is marked or not, along with tie rope. See pictures for Details. 4 Has it’s Original 13 Hole Chin Strap (Stamped ” Wilhelm Eilersjr Bielefeld 1941″). Very Rare One of a Kind M35 Untouched Barn Find Complete for that Historical, Military, WW2 or German C ollector out there. Age: Unknown (M35 German Helmets started in 1935) , probably re-fitted & used in WW2 due to steel chin strap connectors on liner that show rust, along with 1941 chin strap & the Camo paint applied to outside of Helmet. This is an original 1930 signed by Spanish General Francisco Franco. He later became the Spanish dictator from 1939 to 1975. The document is framed with a picture of him and write in Spanish. It measures 10 by 14 inches in the frame. The document by itself measures6.5 by 9 inches. The signature on the photo is a copy, but the document is an original signature. It is in great condition. All our items come from estate sales, yard sales, flea markets or places that we have traveled. All Japanese items come directly from Japan. The Mod16C was manufactured in the Netherlands by Artillerie-inrichtingen only in 1927. It has one oblong hole in the brim and no air ventures in the bowl (the M16A and B had three holes). The production was ca 15.000 pieces, what makes it one of the most difficult helmets to find. (production austrian berndorfer helmet: ca 140.000). The Mod16 models were used until the introduction of the M27 steel helmet Nieuw Model. When the Dutch Army went short of helmets in the 30s it was re-introduced and repainted.
