Vintage 1938 US Army JQMD Leather Satchel Bag Dispatch Map Case Brown Pre-WWII. Condition: Fair vintage condition with heavy wear from age and use. Scuffs, scratches, creasing, and surface cracking to the leather; dry and brittle top strap with stretched holes; verdigris on rivets; edge and corner wear; interior is heavily soiled; small seam split/tear near the top flap by the zipper; hardware shows oxidation. Authentic US military leather field/dispatch satchel from 1938. Stamped markings on back: US / J. / 1938 / J. = Jeffersonville Quartermaster Depot; J. Pebble-grain brown leather with dual front buckle straps and zippered top flap. Multiple compartments and snap closures inside; brass hardware and rivets. Material: Genuine leather; Color: Dark brown. Faint additional maker stamp on corner appears to read LENTZ (partially legible). Era: Pre-WWII (dated 1938); Made in USA.

One original Mexican model 1910 (will laso fit the model 1924) mauser rifle bayonet with scabbard and leather frog, bayonet is marked SIMSON & Co. SUHL, blade is very good, not sharpened has factory edge, release works smoothly, handles are good, no dings, pommel looks like it was used to drive a picket pin, or tent stake or two. Scabbard is good, still in the black, no major dings, a few minor ones though, needs a cleaning, frog is good, this bayonet is for the 7mm mauser caliber mexican model 1910 or 1924 rifle, excellent opportunity to upgrade a wallhanger, see my other listings for more Mexican model 1936 and 1910 mauser short rifle parts and accessories.
One original brazilian model 1908 mauser rifle (08/34 carbine) long (21 inch) bayonet with scabbard, and leather frog, Bayonet is in good condition, blade is very good, handles are good, release works smoothly, scabbard is leather with steel fittings, frog is in good condition, bayonet is serialed 2028 on backside of quillon. Offered is a great Antique Red Leather Bucket of the British Royal Navy – a Powder Charge Carrier with a polychrome transfer heraldic crest. A great leather handle is attached by buttons. The bucket measures approximately 16″ tall with an additional 6 1/2″ with handle up. The rim diameter measures 7 1/2″ and the base diameter is 8 1/2″. The condition is good for decorative appeal. There is some loss and frailness and some sign of repairs around the upper rim. There are some loss to the inside canvas. Please look carefully at the photos.
