It was used in the search for Emelia Earhart… Was out for repairs during Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor… Was used to patrol Golden Gate Bridge area against Japanese aggression… And saw Pacific Duty. A very nice Military Yard Long of notoriety!!! There is over-all yellowing… Back has over-all general dust & dirt residue. There are some small edge wrinkles. These are a pair of original WWI era US Navy officer formal dress epaulettes. They have the rank of Lieutenant, some of the fringe is stretched and broken. This is an interesting example of a one-of-a-kind Field Made Customized German Trench Knife. It is mounted with a blade that measures 7 3/4 inches in length that reflects good honest wear with crude sharpening as well as a recent cleaning. The copper hilt is very nicely adorned with an eagle head pommel and flowing backstrap that fits snuggly to the thumb’s grip. The copper hilt is also hand-stamped with a name along with some markings on the underside. The simple black lacquered scabbard is lightly scuffed but does remain in good serviceable condition and has no dings. Overall measuring 11 5/8 inches in length. For sale is an. Old Antique CHINESE EXPORT SOLID SILVER SHANGHAI VOLUNTEER CORPS 1928 Military PRESENTATION TROPHY CUP / GOBLET made by TUCK CHANG. The front has the Badge of the Shanghai Volunteer Corps with various flags, the words Omnia Juncta Inuno, and the date 4th April 1854 (see photos). It is Engraved S. Annual Rifle Meeting Aggregate C Class 1928 as a Presentation Trophy. This is a Large Cup, measuring 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm) in Height. The Top Rim measures 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) in diameter. It weighs 265 grams (over 8.5 troy ounces). The Silver is Good, Thick Gauage. The outer edge of the base is Hallmarked “Tuck Chang” with a Chinese Character mark (see photos). The inside is Gilded / Goldwashed (see photos). The top rim is very slightly bent out of shape, but this is a minor issue and could easily be corrected (see photos).
