VERY LATE DATE, JUST BEFORE THE US CAVALRY DISMOUNT. THE 1928 McCLELLAN HAD ROLLER SINGLE SIDED BUCKLE AND DID NOT HAVE A TWIST AS THE 1904 MODEL STIRRUPS DO. THIS PAIR IS ORIGINAL AND FULL LENGTH.
