Approx/Measurements: 11-3/4″ x 8″ and 1.8 lb. Among the large worldwide libraries, there is only one copy known in the German National Library. No other copy known in a library or for sale. If you think you are an advanced collector, check your own library and let me know if you have found one. Note regarding the provenance. This is no coincidence. I had acquired both volumes with the card in one lot, and both volumes have this provenance. I don’t know exactly how they could happen to receive the 1939 volume without to return the 1938 volume. Indication for this is, that the NS district leader [Kreisleiter] of Bad Tolz, Franz Reichinger, committed murder and suicide on his wife, three small children and mother-in-law on May 1, 1945 in the NSV children’s home in Bairawies when the US soldiers approached with their tanks. Vintage US Navy Expanding Tube Cleaners Manufactured By Thomas Wilson Inc. These are original and have normal wear for their age. Comes with the original what looks like Patent Blueprints by Thomas Wilson Inc for the US Navy, dated 1932. They have by no means been tested. I’m hoping they will have historical value for someone’s collection. Of course that’s not to say they wouldn’t expand and clean tubes if cleaned up. I do not use stock photos.
