Kingdom of Afghanistan Star Order Decoration medal, I’m guessing this was unique, or a gong for a sash that we’ve not seen before, Arthus Bertran jeweler of France made two workshops, since 1803! Looks like silver, 2 1/4 inches as worn, single loop at top.
