Looks like this was presented at a Masonic Lodge for something. The item looks older style than the pen inscription. J Marshall Young RED CLOUD Nebraska NEB AMERICAN SCABBARD Holster Leather. Scabbard Sheff for sword. Has pen writing on it dated 1964, but we feel it is older. Has hand painted lettering. 38 inches Long from fold at top. 7 inches top width. 4 to 3 taper down width. Has handwritten in pen inscription. Fraser Valley Lodge of Perfection (Masonic). Edges will need to be sewed.
I have for sale a metal wall plaque that shows a German Army Artillery unit. The plaque is blackened metal, it is 4 13/16 inches in diameter and in a high grade circulated condition. I have no information on when and who made this plaque. Possibly from the 1930’s or early 40’s. On the reverse it reads 1032 TAK GESGLSGH (these last letters may not be correct). It also has the letters HB in a circle on the obverse and that may be the maker.
This is a rare and original pair of Knights Pythias shoulder epaulettes, styled after the US Army’s 1872 design. It is not a modified item and is considered original, adding to its collectible value. The Knights Pythias were a fraternal organization, and these epaulettes served as a symbol of rank and status within the group. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to own a rare piece of history.
