Badge of the USSR “Fighter of the Red Guard and the Red Partisan”. Established by the Leningrad Regional Executive Committee on October 23, 1932. I n 1932, the USSR celebrated the 15th anniversary of the October Revolution. To commemorate this event, a new award was introduced – the badge “Fighter of the Red Guard and the Red Partisan”.
