If you need some time to pay, please inform me and we’ll come to a deal. I write English, German, French and Dutch (and try to in other languages;). 27 Irish Vickers helmet, only 10.021 produced!!! To compare: The famous Austrian Berndorf helmet had a production. These Helmets were the result of the Free State of Ireland, needing to equip their Army of 10,000 men with a suitable helmet after the hostilities of WW1 ending in 1918. Thus when the Irish Free State Army. Of 10,000 men was formed, a uniform helmet was required, and the British “Tommy” helmet was not favored. So, the German WW1 design was settled upon. Since the Treaty of Versailles prohibited Germany from exporting military equipment, the search for helmets ended in Britain. The details on the pictures! This M27s were used from 1927 until 1939, after that the British brody helmet was adopted. Guarda i dettagli sulle immagini! This set has 6 pieces in it none of them look like they were ever used. There was a little rust on some so I have cleaned it off and have made sure the leather case is conditioned. The knife still has the black lettering on the blade that is also a screwdriver, also both blades are sharp and show no signs of being sharped. They have a little discoloration from age. They are extremely tight to open and close like they have not been used. The wood has in gold lettering TL-29, there is a fine line of brass between the wood and stainless and it has brass pins holding it together. The little handle on the knife still has the flat marks where the. Formed, these would have worn off with use see the pictures. The pliers have just regular discoloration on them and no marks at all on the blades of the cutters. They move without any tightness at all. The scissors has rust on them, I cleaned them and they are now show the different colors. They move freely and the blade have no dents or dings in them. The tweezers also had rust on them and now show where I cleaned it off. They also show no signs of use and there are no dings or bends in the tip. The file had just a little bit of rust around the keeper piece. There is a small manufacturing flaw right at the tip. It has a soft wood handle. The screwdriver has some discoloration on the shaft and the handle shows no marks at all. The tip has no dings or marks on it. The case had on spot where the leather came un-stitched I still have the piece and it can be sewn back in. The outside of the case has several marks from being in an old cabinet and someone over the years has put ICTN on it in a few places. It has some spots from age and under the flap it is a lighter color. It measures 6 3/4″ by 4″ by 1 3/4 when all folded up. The case could use a little more conditioning but all of the holders inside are in very good condition. This is an amazing all original set. Every piece is hallmarked except the tweezers. Imperial German Army Veteran WW1 flag WW2 officer Knight Iron Cross honor banner. Here is your chance to own an incredible flag from a World War 1 Veteran’s organization. This thing is stunning and the stitch-work on this gem is outstanding. Chain-stitched motif and Iron Cross designs on both sides. Of the highest quality and produced on silk with a fringed border. There are two metal clips at either end for hanging. Measures roughly 50″ x 44″ including the fringe. Minor flaws and tears in the silk as can be seen in the photos and overall this piece is extremely fragile. There are some modern clips which were added so the flag could be displayed and hung but these can be taken off if so desired. To find something like this that survived is nothing short of a miracle.
