This bayonet was manufactured by Springfield Armory and is dated 1919. This bayonet is in great condition considering its age. The blade retains most of its finish. There are some runner marks from scabbard wear. The blade does not appear to have been sharpened after it left the factory. There are a few nicks in the edge of the blade. The blade is stamped S A over the flaming bomb and is dated 1919. The opposite side of the blade is stamped US and has the serial number 1061787. The guard is tight and it has no play. The guard is a little bent (see pics, bent on thumb release side). The guard, hilt and pommel all have a nice even patina. There is some light pitting and minor surface rust (nothing serious). The release mechanism is working properly but is a little stiff. The walnut handles are in great shape with no damage that I can see. One panel is stamped 956. This may be a rack number (not sure). The bayonet has an overall length of approximately 20 & inches. There is no scabbard with this bayonet. This bayonet would make a great addition to any collection. This is ia vintage British Black Watch White Buff Leather Other Ranks Sporran. Date stamped 1937 on the back of the cantle. Also stamped some undecipherable numbers as well. There is faded writing on the back of the sporran and the buff leather on the front has a horizontal surface crack; otherwise just normal signs of use. I’m really proud to introduce this very rare example of history and war – on of the first soviet gas masks GP-2. Unique looking and very rare nowadays, extremely hard to find. This one is a first type (early issue) of GP-2 with the eye-lenses attached to the mask with the tape and not stitched as in a later issue of 1930s. The mask made from canvas and leather, head straps made from fabric and are in bad condition due to long storage. In few places (please see pictures), the face part still in very good condition and there is only some minor tear and rust from storage. It will be a real proud and a top-shelf item for any gas mask collector, or ww2 military collector. Well worth of investing as well as this model is extremely rare on the market.
