Sell a very rare original Sweden Motorcycle Leather Jacket, Model fm 1934, from the 1930s. The leather hood is a Swedish tank hood from the year 1961. Fm / 1954, Trial modelModel specimens: Of black goatskin. Fully lined with wool lining. Double row; the upper-clasp section designed with a full front, clasp with slider / four buttons on the right side of the front and on the right shoulder with two wooden ball buttons made of black-stained birch. The under-folded part snapped with three buttons / buttonholes on the windshield on the left side of the front. The sleeves have a knitted hem of wool yarn at the inside of the wrist. The oversized part has a knitted pocket with a lid with two buttons. The bottom of the jacket has a waistband with a closure device which in the front consists of two hooks on the right side and two semi-circular rings on the left side. In each side are two rows of four leather eyelets / laces. Stand Collar; left part designed as tie with hook, Right part with strap made of cotton and square ring for collar closure and a pour of leather. Hangers made of leather fastened to the inside of the collar seam. At the elbows pillow made of foam plastic, knit in lining. Foam shoulder pads stuck to the lining. Attached label states the date of adoption: Model Å Motorjacka m / 54 Adopted by the Chief of the Army Administration General Lieutenant C. Ehrenswaard Stockholm, January 26, 1954. Modigh, Head of Agency. Royal Army Administration Department of Intelligence. The jacket has the color black and is in good condition for the age. The size is old. B – Shoulder to shoulder : 60. 1920’s-1930’s era USN Officer’s Submariner Badge, full size, pin back, with stabilizing needle attached to Conning Tower. This is the very early style of Submariner’s badge which came into being in it’s metal form in the early 1920’s-1924, I believe. This badge is hallmarked “Myrgold” and is a very scarce badge. 1920-30’s Airship Pilot’s wing marked Sterling, full size, pin back, no maker’s mark. This is the traditional design authorized by regulation and a copy of the design authorized by the Government when they created the “From Official Die” concept in the mid 20’s. 1924 West Point Academy Class Ring, Bailey Banks & Biddle. 14k Yellow Gold, Weighs over 9 grams & is Size 6 1/2 Condition is Used. Considered to be the nation’s oldest jewelry company, BB&B started life in 1832, pre-dating more famous Art Deco jewelry designers such as Tiffany and Cartier by several years. By the late 1860’s, this firm was considered to be the finest jewelry maker in America and the company is indelibly linked with the American military, producing many medals, swords for prominent Union commanders during the civil war and even the proposed currency for the envisaged Confederacy-led nation during the same period. Where Tiffany & Co. The link to the White House was settled forever when BB&B were asked to do a design for the Great Seal of the United States, a design which is still in use today. The Bailey, Banks and Biddle name is still renowned among famous Art Deco jewelry designers. Their status within the ranks of the military for their designs on medals is unparalleled. Sadly, as time has progressed, the original BB&B company eventually dissolved. Having changed hands several times in the early 21st century, the company filed for bankruptcy in 2009. Interestingly, both BB&B and Tiffany lay claim to being the ones who introduced the 925 Sterling Silver to the US, bringing silver quality in line with the British standard that was used in the rest of the world.
