Very scarce German Army belt and buckle from the Weimar period. As the German Army was limited to 100 000 men by the Versailles treaty, Weimar period material is quite scarce. Belt is unmarked but is approximately a size 34 inch waist. Belt buckle has its original leather tab and is dated 1929. Additionaly it maker marked Osang of Dresden. Also regimentaly marked K28? Leather tongue has been redeem at some point. Quite a difficult set to source.

During the Spanish Civil War. Third empire of Germany actively supported the Nationalist faction led by Francisco Franco. Sending a unit called the “Condor Legion” which consisted of personnel from the German Luftwaffe and army, primarily providing airpower and developing strategic bombing tactics, most notably seen in the infamous bombing of Guernica. Canadian Navy RCN Leather Belt and Buckle.
The buckle is pre WW2 era. The belt or sash buckle is about 6 1/4″ across and about 3 1/4″ high. It is in good condition with no broken or repaired places.

This is a black GY66 WWII M35 helmet with no liner inside in good overall condition with some minor surface marks and and scratches. There is a buckle on the lower back of this helmet as has been clearly shown in the photographs provided.
The belt itself is of a cloth and flatwire construction. As the photos show, it has some stretch marks and runs in it throughout. The buckle has finish wear, with the inner enameled piece has a dent a few pieces of enamel missing. The belt measures approximately 34 inches when stretched out flat.
