Antique Hussar/Fireman Brass helmet. Lightweight brass helmet for a small head. Two crude copper patches and repair to bill. The badge on front appears to have been possibly added later but looks really old. Missing Chin straps and side ornaments. Overall with nice patina appearing to be an authentic helmet of some sort to me. Years of built up polish residue. I’ve had this for awhile but have a baby on the way very soon so I’m forced to make decisions about things I was unsure of, I’d be grateful for any info. It did come from a collection of worldwide weapons, armory, and many other interesting items.
