Original Usmc Brevet Medal Obsolete
The Marine Corps Brevet medal was considered to be the equivalent of the Navy Cross although in precedence it ranks just behind the Medal of Honor. This item was acquired in 2001 from a nationally known dealer who acquired it from a museum. This is all the provenance I have.
