Antique 1924 USNA United States Navel Academy 14k yellow gold pin, in very nice antique condition, still very crisp with lots of detail. It’s just shy of 1″ with 1″ wing span. ALTHOUGH GUSTAF URGED THE COALITION GOVERNMENT OF SWEDEN TO GIVE IN TO NAZI GERMANY’S LOGISTICS REQUESTS, HE APPARENTLY DID NOT SUPPORT FACISM OR THE NAZIS, AND TO REFUSE THEM WOULD HAVE POSSIBLY PROVOKED AN INVASION. SWEDEN ALSO SUPPORTED THE DANISH RESISTANCE AND HELPED IN THE RESCUE OF DANISH JEWS FROM GERMAN CONCENTRATION CAMPS. WEIGHT 28.2 GRAMS OF. MEDAL IS 35 MM IN DIAMETER.
