This is an extremely nice example of a Japanese Army Dress Parade Sword that dates from the World War II Era. It is mounted with a beautiful machine made blade that measures 32 3/8 inches in length. The blade remains in very nice original condition with its gorgeous chemically applied temper line still beautifully present on either side. The beautifully detailed guard remains in very nice condition as well and wears a lovely silver Japanese Samurai family mon on the backstrap. The lovely carved horn hilt has survived in very healthy condition and with all of its twisted wire wrap still securely in place. S Navys Officers Uniform 1890s that was used though WW1 and up to WWll. The Uniform Coat with tails And Navy Mess Chain with Buttons, the Officers Coat and Pair of Epaulets, Stunning has its original Belt, and Ceremony Sword, Dress Pants, as well as its wonderful Cape. Also warring the Fore Aft Hat to top it off. Theres a few stitches loss on the collar of the cape and a clasp off the capes Collar, missing. This is a very heavy Cape, limner-is deep red. Made at the Naval Clothing Depot. Uniform Coat and Pants perfect as well is its Belt and Authentic Sword. The Hat and Epaulets Show some ware and tare, they are antique and in antique used condition. The Belt is stamped Hand Boarded Cow. The Sword has its Sheath also leather and Cloth storage rap, original. The only tag on the Uniform is with the Commanders name , H. And I dont know what Size. 1920’s-30’s Public Health Service Dress Coat and Cover. This is a scarcer coat with an Army style light weight gabardine service dress material. It has nice black piping and is nicely lined. There are no names or maker labels or contract labels inside. Not sure of the size, but it measures at approx size 34-36. The cover is by Wm. No size or ID inside the sweatband, it has nice black piping detail around the band. I believe it is approx. In fine condition: The coat has some spots with moth tracking. The cover has some moth tracking, light blemishing, there is wear to the leather on the chin strap and the visor, the sweatband is mostly separated. Please refer to the photos for condition and detail. White shirt and tie are not included in the sale, they were for display purposes only.
