Russian M1927 Shashka Sword / Saber, Reproduction made in India
A Reproduction M1927 Shashka. The blade is 0.20″ thick, about 1.26″ wide, and 32 long. The tang extends through the handle. It’s not marked other than a very faint “India” on the ricasso. It’s nicely made. It has not been sharpened. There’s some discoloration on the bright polished blade, as shown in the photos. It could be cleaned if you wanted the piece to look new. Else it looks like normal aging. He overall length is 37-3/8 inches. It weighs 2-1/4 lb. It remains in as-new condition. We have a number of swords in stock that we’ll be listing here.
