This is an outstanding example of a War-Time Historically Recorded Battlefield Pick-Up World War II Japanese Army Officer Sword mounted with an ancestral blade. The old antique Wakizashi blade wears a cutting edge of 20 3/8 inches in length. The blade does wear a visibly wavy temper line that extends to the tip on either side however reflects cleanings from recent years and has a couple of nicks to the cutting edge, otherwise does remain in good condition. The tang wears one hole and is signed “Bishu Ju San Shiro”. The Sword wears Army Shin Gunto Regulation Mounts which all remain in very nice however there is a small glued repair to the wrapping. The Regulation scabbard remains very nice in its condition and is wonderfully hand painted with the recording of one of the hill battles of Iwo Jima along with the date March 26, 1945 and the name of the GI that brought it home. This is a 1935 US Navy General Electric Tlechron large ships clock. It measures 10 inches in diameter across the face and 6 inches deep. It is mounted on a piece of wood, has a screw missing, plexiglass face has a coke ring and the plug is cut. Still a very nice old rare Naval clock. I do not know if it works. All our items come from estate sales, yard sales, flea markets or places that we have traveled. All Japanese items come directly from Japan. Very nice original 1937 dated German enlisted overcoat missing only the shoulder boards. Great shape for its age, most wear on the cuff edges, slight fading of color on the inner collar area. Has all buttons and hooks as seen. Ribbon still attached but loose on one end. Classic overcoat used but great shape. Most would be altered or destroyed during the war. This one appear is rare shape for early war impression. Cannot sell this to most countries that bar this from entering, sorry. Laws are too confusing and vague. There are no offensive symbols on the overcoat. I offer 3 day inspection n period with all my items. WW1 tunic uniform in amazing condition. RAF patch still sewn on plus 14 buttons counting front and epaulets. Also Crown and eagle pins on both sleeves. Lining is in excellent condition and wool only has minor mothing. This style coat was issued in the early 1900s. It is from a family member of ours named Francis Joseph Kelly.
