They come in the original rectangular black case, which has a Willson label at one end and also one lining the interior. SIZE: 2-1/16 height and 9-1/4 width and 3-13/16 depth. CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Glass lenses, plated brass hardware and rims, cotton strap, sponge rubber lining, cloth-covered cardboard case, cotton batting. ATTACHMENT: Cloth band with sliding buckles; snap closure on case. MARKINGS: WR and WL on lenses; S. COOK written on band; S. COOK written on Willson Pilot Goggle label on end of box. The pin is 35mm long approximately and the central badge is 19mm in diameter. The pin is in excellent condition with no damage and the central enamel badge features a “H” on a black and white shield and in the outer band “National Assn old IRA-1st Battn Dublin Brigade”. This was the unit of the Dublin Brigade Irish Volunteers that Kevin Barry belonged to, and this pin would have been worn by 1916 Rising and War of Independence veterans of this unit.
