A rare and very nice almost mint early 1930’s (possibly early HJ knife) with stag grips and trench knife style blade maker marked A. The knife is excellent, no damage, the blade pretty much mint with light runner marks, no sharpening or edge nicks. The hilt is perfect, no damage to the stag grips. The hilt still has it’s protective lacquer coating. The scabbard retains 99% of it’s original black finish, no dents or rust. Overall a very nice and near mint early 1930’s stag grip knife. Up for sale is a 10ยข token issued by the Post Barber Shop at Fort Missoula, Montana, issued circa early-mid 20th Century, likely during the 1930s, when the fort was used as headquarters for the Civilian Conservation Corps. Description : The token is made from aluminum and measures about 24mm in diameter. It is listed in Rubick. Fort Missoula was used from aout 1877 to 1947, and was used as a CCC HQ from about 1933-42. This is a vintage 1930s era US Army wool mackinaw. The mackinaw is in DISTRESSED vintage condition. The wool is reasonably crisp and looks clean (no stains) but there is significant moth damage in a number of areas. Very wearable (and very rare), great size, but with damage as noted. PLEASE NOTE a number of spots on the back – see photos! The inside tag is mostly not legible, it looks like the size is 3-something, 36 or 38? Really not sure so PLEASE USE THE MEASUREMENTS as a gauge of fit. Following is the measured size of this garment. Chest is measured from armpit seam to armpit seam. Shoulders are measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Length is measured from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the garment (including waistbands). Sleeve is measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve (including cuffs). Pants waist is measured unstretched across the top of the garment from side to side. Inseam is measured from the crotch down the inseam to the bottom of the pant leg (including any cuff). Your satisfaction is our priority. This 1930’s U. Army Full Dress Field Grade Officer’s white summer cap is in very good condition overall; The cap is faded from use, age and storage and has a small area of staining on the top of the cap, cap badge has toning and nice patina, sweatband is intact and has minor wear (all stitching in very good condition), when worn the visor has a very nice shape and the oak leaf clusters in gold bullion on the visor have nice toning with no fraying or loose threads.
