This is an amazing album in excellent condition. I’ve scanned everything so you can look at it all. Majority of album is unused – in perfect unused condition. 39 photos are carefully free-mounted with corners, plus 20 additional photos that were never put inside. All photos measure the same size 2.375 x 3.375. 19 of the 20 loose photos have notes on the back to explain exactly what we’re looking at. Some photos inside have notes as well but it was hard to pop them out and pop them back in again so some of the discovery is up to you. These were all taken in 1924. Two show the intersection of Fort & King Streets in downtown Honolulu w/ a policeman directing traffic. We see people on Pier 2 waiting for transport, the Dry Docks of Pearl Harbor (where #27 is moored). We see the United States Army Transports Cuba & Grant. Pier 5 Gov Pier’ both from a distance and then from the street side of the buildings with Hawaiians & soldiers and cars. We see the 27th Inf.
