Hello, This is a ww2 Stag Bayonet. The maker is Carl Eickhorn , Solingen. The Frog is made by Carl Henkel, Bielefeld. This Bayonet is signed–Initialed. 408, on pommel and P. 408 is on the Scabbard. The Dagger and the Scabbard have Matching Numbers. The sheath has a number 17 at top and the dagger has a number 17 on back bone of blade up by cross guard. Stag scales are very nice.
