Original Post-WWI USAAF Sterling Pilot Wing Tie Clip. Very nice original US Army Air Force item. A sterling (marked and tested) late WWI/early 1920s wing in the later war style with a 14kt gold (tested) US affixed to the shield. Measures 1=1/2 across the wings. Likely an early cap badge wing converted into a tie-clip by a veteran, as the tie-clip is not sterling and a later design. Overall a very nice piece.
