Very Nice Japanese Kyu Gunto Sword Knot Portepee Tassel
This is a very nice example of a Japanese Officer’s Sword Knot which was used with the Japanese Kyu Gunto Mounted Sword and is complete with a beautiful gold woven thread slider. It is constructed with a black woven linen strap, a large solid black knot along with the woven thread slider. It has survived in very nice original condition.
