28 ARTILLERY TRENCH ART SHELL CASING 3 LITE LAMP/ HEAVY BASE TABLE LAMP. This lamp is in good condition. It is a 3 lite lamp. It has been rewired, not recently. I don’t know if it works. The shell casing is 23 long. The base is 12 long. The lamp measures 28 tall. The design on the casing and the base are great and in good condition, see images. This is a great lamp and one for your consideration. We try hard to maintain our feedback statis.
WW1 Original Eclair Vermorel Trench Bunker Gas Spraying Equipment 1914-18 Italy
Vintage Unusual and Rare WW1 Eclair Vermorel Sprayer Canister. First World War British “Vermoral” sprayer was used to neutralize trenches and dugouts which had been contaminated with chlorine gas. Equipment was based on pre-war “Vermoral Knapsack Sprayers” designed for spraying fruit trees, flowers and vegetables. This was used by both British and French Army’s to neutralize the trenches after a gas attack, see the picture of it in use with the British Army. Great Historical Piece in Excellent Clean Condition! Very hard to find in this condition! Untested and unsure of usability! Looks to be mostly complete… Nozzle is missing on end of wand (only thing I can see missing)! Tank has very little tarnish or corrosion! Label is in great shape! Hose is still flexible! Straps are present but have come detached! Please see photos for complete description and details! OLD WW 1 ORIGINAL MUSEUM QUALITY BRASS SHELL FIRED FROM A LONG RANGE CANNON SOMETIME DURING WW 1…… I COULD BE WRONG, BUT THE BRASS SHELL CASING APPEARS TO BE A 37 MM AND MEASURES RIGHT AT 15 1/2 INCHES LONG X 3 1/2 INCHES WIDE. THE SHELL CASING HAS BEEN EMBOSSED ON ONE SIDE WITH THE STATUE OF LIBERTY, WHILE THE BACKSIDE IS FULL OF EMBOSSED STARS OF DIFFERENT SIZES…..
