This is a very nice example of a Soviet Russian Cossack Shashka Sword P 1927. It is mounted with a slightly curved blade that measures 32 inches in length which remains in extremely nice condition with just some minor surface staining and continues to wear very nice, clear markings. The hilt has a grooved wooden grip that also remains healthy and tight and wears beautifully patined brass fittings with a pommel which is nicely engraved with the Soviet emblem. The wooden scabbard is brass and metal fitted and although has a little light scuffing, does remain in very nice serviceable condition as well. Overall measuring 38 3/4 inches in length. US Navy Officers Model 1852 Sword & Knot Scabbard Engraved & Name Inscribed. Up for sale is a vintage US Navy Officers Sword & scabbard that has an engraved blade and the officers name inscribed into the blade. The blade is stamped Made in USA but I dont see a makers mark – could be engraved in the blade. The blade width is 3/4 and the fish skin type handle is plastic, and the engraving and condition lead me to believe this was a sword from WWI or WWII. The scabbard is marked in a couple of places 84. The blade measures 28 1/2″ long with total length of sword being 34″. If you have any questions please contact me. Seems to work ok as you crank the handle and the window opens and takes the picture. There is also a built in counter that records how many pics are taken. Rare Uruguayan Model 1900 Bayonet w/ Scabbard. Rare bayonet, FN Mauser rifle. Blade and scabbard are from French 1886 Lebel, with new quillioned cross guard and a brass hilt. Serial 818 on top of hilt is only marking. This is one of the half rivet versions with only partial rivet holding the crossguard and pommel, there is also a full rivet version. Stains on hilt are superficial only. I make every possible effort to accurately and closely describe items including condition, age, and any other pertinent information but it is my opinion. Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWII German Navy Model 1923 officer sword. Left side of blade also has the German Navy eagle M property marking. Sword is marked N584 on the reverse guard, which is a Nordsee (Baltic Sea) Fleet inventory number. 30 ½ blade has nice original bright finish with just a little scattered brown freckling. Remaining metal is original gilt showing light wear. Sword features a lion head pommel and an anchor design on the folding guard. Grip has tight wire wrap and no damage. Sword is complete with correct original not. Fitted in correct original leather scabbard that has brass fittings. Leather shows some normal wear, stitching is nice and tight. Throat is a little loose. Scabbard is complete with braided leather hanger cord and is also marked eagle M and N584 on the throat, matching the sword.
