I write English, German, French and Dutch (and try to in other languages;). Original steel Helmet Mk30 from Spain, Czech export model. Czech M30 helmet used in the Spanish civil war. These helmets were made in the Czech Republic specific for export purposes. The Republican Army and the International Brigades in Spain used these helmets in the Spanish civil war. This one was used by the Francoist side, because a badge is welded to the bowl. This must have been after a republican depot was conquered by the troops of Franco (see book Paolo Marzetti). The helmet is in good condition and has the original paint from production underneath an old black paint from the civil war or WW2. The black paint is craquelé by the sun. The chin strap seems to be Bulgarian, I don’t know if it is original from production. No rivets, if you want to, I will add 4 repro rivets in the package. See pictures for more details. El casco está en muy buenas condiciones y tiene la pintura original de la producción por debajo de una vieja pintura negra de la guerra civil o la 2 ª Guerra Mundial. La pintura negra es resquebrajado por el sol. La correa del mentón parece ser alemán, no sé si es original de la producción. Diese Helme wurden in der Tschechischen Republik für den Export bestimmten gemacht. Die Republikanische Armee und den Internationalen Brigaden in Spanien verwendet diese Helme im spanischen Bürgerkrieg. Diesein nutzte der Franco-Seite, weil ein Abzeichen in die Schüssel geschweißt ist. Dies muss gewesen sein, nachdem ein republikanischer Depot durch die Truppen Francos erobert wurde (siehe Buch Paolo Marzetti). Der Helm ist in sehr gutem Zustand und hat die ursprüngliche Farbe von der Produktion unter eine alte schwarze Farbe aus dem Bürgerkrieg oder WW2. Die schwarze Farbe ist Craquelé von der Sonne. Scheint, dass die Kinnriemen Bulgarisch zu sein, ich weiß nicht, ob es original aus der Produktion. This is a very nice example of a Japanese Army Officer’s Company Grade Kyu Gunto Sword, Type 19. It is mounted with a wonderful grooved blade that wears a cutting edge that measures 26 1/8 inches in length. The blade has survived in very nice original condition with only some minor surface blemishes. The beautiful D-guard is very nicely detailed and frames a gorgeous hilt that is beautifully covered with healthy black polished sharkskin. Still present, is a very nice blue and brown tassel that came with the sword and remains in excellent condition as well. The plated metal scabbard has one small ding and has just a little minor flaking, nevertheless does remain in very good, serviceable condition. Overall measuring 35 inches in length. Her keel was laid down on 21 August 1941 by DeSchiMAG AG Weser of Bremen. She was commissioned on 25 June 1943 with Kapitänleutnant Helmut Sommer in command. U-853 saw action during the Battle of the Atlantic in World War II. She conducted three patrols, sinking two ships totalling 5,783 tons. She destroyed USS Eagle Boat 56 near Portland, Maine. Just days before Germany’s surrender, U-853 torpedoed and sank the collier Black Point during the Battle of Point Judith. American warships quickly found U-853 and sank her 7 nmi (13 km; 8.1 mi) east of Block Island, Rhode Island, resulting in the loss of her entire crew. U-853 is a popular deep sea diving site. Serbia-Royal Yugoslav Air Force Dress Dagger Model M. Product manufacture “Fran Sorlini Varazdin”. 1937 carrying officers and non-commissioned officers (officers and NCOs) Air Force of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Handle dagger made of wood in the form of thread. The hand grip is coated with a thin skin, the native dark blue almost black. The thread is inserted into a twisted wire. The head is made of nickel-plated brass in the form of a stylized flower crown. The crosspiece is made of nickel-plated brass in the form of aviation propeller. On the back side has a button for locking the dagger in its sheath. The blade is a two-edged diamond section decorated with etched ornaments. On the one hand, between curly ornaments is a Cyrillic letter P. A companion by a curly decorations is the national emblem of the double-headed eagle and crown Karadjordjevic above. The covers are made of steel sheet coated with a dark blue almost black natural leather. On the cover are secured three nickel-plated decorative fittings. On the upper and middle decorative fittings, cover welded the two rings to the pendulum By hanging on. On the upper ferrule applied the relief pilot character. Sorlinija, is the same number 40. The inner cover has two leaf springs so-called punch blades.
