Rare 1930’s US Army ROTC MSB Uniform WWI Tunic Jacket With Patches
Talk about a neat and uncommon piece! This is a 1930s ROTC Uniform, as it was nearly 100 years ago. After doing some research, I believe that MSB stands for Military Services Bureau.
