Very rare medal issued by the military forces of the White Movement in Russia between 1920 and 1921 to signify the White Army’s Black Sea Fleet forces (“Wrangel’s Fleet”) stay in the port of Bizerte in Tunisia. Enameled face with light gilding around the edges, a few surface scuffs but nothing major, back side quite dark, numbered at top of the cross 815.
