Set of 2 1930s German aviation pins. WHW and Luftsport pin. Vintage 1930s/1940s “Deustcher Luftsport Verband” German air sports club pin. In nice condition showing some scrathe. WHW Donation pin in the shape of a plane with the inscription which roughly translates in English to “The German people have to become aviators”. The pin has a struck steel construction with pin to rear measuring 35mm x 30mm. The pin retains most of its plating. WHW, “Winterhilfswerk” (Winter-help-work), was an annual charitable donation event. Check out my other WW2 aviation pins.
