A WW1 era (1923) Yard Long Photograph: The Commissioning of the USS Colorado Battleship! Writing reads: TA Tour… Commissioning of the USS COLORADO at the New York Shipbuilding Corp AUG 30th-1923. It was used in the search for Emelia Earhart… Was out for repairs during Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor… Was used to patrol Golden Gate Bridge area against Japanese aggression… And saw Pacific Duty. A very nice Military Yard Long of notoriety!!! There is over-all yellowing… Back has over-all general dust & dirt residue. There are some small edge wrinkles.
