Includes 89.8 mm Breast Star with an eight pointed faceted lightly gilt plaque upon which has been superimposed a gold-rimmed white plaque. Central medallion is dark blue with a gold-rimmed white star surrounded by a gilt band. Eight blue and eight red protrusions project from this band.
