This is a bolt assembly from a Spanish Mauser 1893, small ring, chambered in 7 X 57 (7mm), The rifle it was on when I acquired it was made in. In 1924 (see photos). Im guessing it is not the original to the rifle as I don’t see matching serial #s, but the action works excellently as I fired 27 rounds through the rifle it was on, with excellent accuracy and performance. Coming out of my collection is this Officers Sam Brown sword belt with the double shoulder straps. This configuration with 2 straps is reasonably scarce as original. It is in excellent and complete condition for it’s near 100 year age and has a near perfect color match for all parts. The belt, sword hanger leather slide, holster slide and. 45 magazine pouch are all marked and dated as follows — Q. 1922 and inspected on all H. 45 pistol Holster is not marked. Unusual to find all with a date and inspector match. The nickel sword hanger in great shape, is unmarked and has the knurled locking ring on the clip. To me the type of lock and clip on the hanger would indicate U. Made and better quality than the French import hangers that are normally seen. All stitching is strong. Some lite crazing on shoulder strap attachment ends but nothing serious. The item “U. S. Original Spanish model 1921 `Sin Ala` combat helmet. This is one you won`t see very often, this model was made in 12.000 examples as a tes trial, and finally rejected for the well known m26 “Con Ala” wich had a more pronounced visor and a more flared skirt. The m21 remained in storage till the outbreak of the Spanish civil war, and the ones surviving were refurbished for further use in the Franco army after the war. Helmet is in very good condition, no holes or cracks, no dings, very light surface wear. Original mid-green factory finish. Leather liner the standard Spanish type of liner, made out of 3 leather pads mounted on a leather liner band that is rivetted to the shell. All pads are backed by grey felt, and are in good, supple condition. The chinstrap is made out of brown leather, is in excellent conditon, and has the buckle and prong type of closure. This type, really doesn`t run the streets, so take your chance on this one. If you have any questions, or need additional pictures, please let me know, I’ll try to respond as quick as possible. Rare Spanish Civil War Calvary Officers Uniform Nationalist Complete Beret Cap. This uniform was featured in a magazine in Spain. This is also included. I’m having a son so I need to part with some of Spanish collection to make room. This is all untouched and strait from castilla la mancha. Prewar Tunic with Moroccan campaign ribbons. The beret is great has embellished tassels and ranks. Has the original pants too which are hard hard to find. Honestly it doesn’t get better than this for nationalist uniforms. M1916 Field Artillery Harness, Wheel Horse. BREAST COLLAR complete with NECK STRAP, ZINC COLLAR PAD and NECK YOKE STRAP. Collar Pad has HOOK to engage D ring on pommel of Cavalry / Artillery McClellan Saddle. All stampings are of Jeffersonville Quartermaster Depot, post WW1 successor to Rock Island Arsenal for the manufacter of US military harness and saddlery. Has not be put together from various pieces. I took it apart for inspection and cleaning, has not be reassembled. Leather is undamaged, still should be softened some more to make more supple. Iron is brown patinaed.
