This scope was used to obtain bearings on enemy vessels. A wonderful Coastal Defense collectible! Getting difficult to find in good condition! This unit was an extra in my collection! Lens are good but require an exterior cleaning. Trunnion arm moves freely. Lens cover worked smoothly. Spare lens as shown included. Overall, an excellent example of the M1910A1 Azimuth Telescope. Scope is very heavy. Field of view 3° 3°. Diameter of exit pupil 0. Effective focal length of objective 24. Effective focal length of eyepiece 2.41 1.592. Apparent field of view 30 46.
