Wool service/field jacket issued to Finnish soldiers and civil guards back in the day. Although officially phased out by the late 1930s, many of these uniforms ended up being worn during WW2. Thick heavy-duty wool construction and oddly elaborate design – double-vented back, four external pockets with fancy flaps, adjustable cuffs, huge collar that can be worn turned up, and even a built-in belt. The M27 has everything! No military property stamps. Very good condition for its age – lining is nice and clean, all buttons are present, stitches are all intact and the wool fabric only has some minor moth grazing in a few spots. Small size 46 (US 34-36). These jackets are scarce even in Finland itself, so here’s your chance to own a serious piece of history. Vintage US Navy Uniform from the USS Oklahoma. Believe from the WWI era. The USS Oklahoma was sunk at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. This sailor ultimately rose to the rank of Captain. Includes the Jumper, Pants and Beret. Very good condition, there are some holes/tears that have been repaired. Couple of small white spots on the back of the jumper. RCAMC Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps Officer’s Mess Uniform – Pre World War 2 – VERY RARE. This Officer’s Mess Uniform was tailored in January, 1934 for Dr. RC Montgomery of Toronto, then serving as a Captain in the pre-war Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps. He went on to serve as a senior Officer in England in the Canadian General Hospital unit during the war, treating both Allied soldiers, civilians, and more than a few German POWs. Tailored by Sainthill-Levine & Co. In Toronto, the uniform is wool and satin with cotton lining in the tunic and trousers. Black with burgundy elements — lapels, epaulettes, lapels, vest, etc. – it is a historical artifact of a bygone era. It is in beautiful condition and very rare.
