I’ve collected USMC shooting badges for decades and have never seen another BB&B second pattern (1915 to present) expert badge. I’ve owned several BB&B rifle expert badges, and several BB&B “colt” (pre 1915) pistol badges, but cannot even find record of another of these online. The ladder bar is not likely a BB&B made item, although very fine in its own right and also made of Sterling. The detail and craftsmanship of this Pistol Expert badge has no equal – I’ve owned all known varieties at one point, and this one takes the cake. 08 Leather Hard-Shell Luger Pistol Holster with 8-round Magazine and Takedown Tool. Holster is marked on the back C. WEISS BRAUNSCHWEIG”, “WaA330″ with Waffenamt eagle, and date “1937. Holster is used and is in good condition. Leather is in good shape- stiff with a few minor scuffs. On front, there is small nick above the closure belt. Belt closure has creases but is still sturdy and functional. Stitching is strong throughout. Interior in good shape with a few scuffs. Holster is approximately 10 inches long, 8 inches wide at top, 1.5 inches wide at bottom and 1.75 inches high.
