This bayonet was made by Yugoslavia to fit Steyr M1912 Mauser rifles rebarreled to 8mm to be similar to the FN 1924 short rifle. It does NOT fit the M1924 short rifle. There are some deep dents on the scabbard and packing grease remnants inside. The serial numbers don’t match. Marked BT3 and MO? . 1924? On the ricasso.
