This is an antique Japanese army manual. The title says The training program , how to use swords and guns, army censored. This book was published in February 1926 in Seibudou. Antique Japanese Military Instruction.
Coming out of my collection is this Officers Sam Brown sword belt with the double shoulder straps. This configuration with 2 straps is reasonably scarce as original. It is in excellent and complete condition for it’s near 100 year age and has a near perfect color match for all parts. The belt, sword hanger leather slide, holster slide and. 45 magazine pouch are all marked and dated as follows — Q. 1922 and inspected on all H. 45 pistol Holster is not marked. Unusual to find all with a date and inspector match. The nickel sword hanger in great shape, is unmarked and has the knurled locking ring on the clip. To me the type of lock and clip on the hanger would indicate U. Made and better quality than the French import hangers that are normally seen. All stitching is strong. Some lite crazing on shoulder strap attachment ends but nothing serious. The item “U. S. British B5 WW1 Brown ankle boot available in rough and smooth side. We take US & German shoe size only. This is a replica of the British Military combat boot that was worn by the British Army in World War One. It is a brown leather ankle boot with a leather sole which was studded with metal studs. The uppers are a heavy leather with the rough side out which is also oiled. It is distinctive due to its square toe shape.
