This is a very nice, cool old oddball piece, 16 3/4 inches tall, 21 1/2 inches wide, Domain of Neptunus Rex, Navy type large certificate, not filled out with date of 192- so it’s an original old piece from the 1920s with old seal in the lower center. Really a neat old piece. Large size, you don’t see that often. Very nice shape, some light wear to the edges and folded corner, would look great framed. Zoom in for details.

Original medal grouping from a two war sailor. The key pieces are. Named 1922 US Navy Good Conduct medal (Wilfred J Morin, USS Jason, 31 Aug 1922), with two engraved clasps (USS Jason, 1927 with the same CSC # as the good conduct medal, the other is 1931 and named on the back). US Navy issue Second Nicaraguan Campaign Medal, numbered on the rim. Campaign medals from WWI Victory and WWII service. He did not know anything about his uncles navy service other than the fact that he apparently retired in San Diego and operated a bar for the rest of his life.
