1939 Kingdom of Yugoslavia Royal Infantry officers dress dagger and scabbard. Original 1939 Kingdom of Yugoslavia Royal Infantry officer dagger withrare chrome plated scabbard. The dagger is in very good used condition. Rare KingdomYugoslavia Dress dagger M-1939 was introduced 1939 for high rank ARMY officers. On the ricasso of the blade there is etched Yugoslav emblem (Crowned doubleheaded eagle). Last use of the daggers was in the short war againstGermany in April 1941 at beginning of WW2 in Yugoslavia. After fall ofYugoslavia Croatian officers used this dagger (only a few months) but theYugoslav emblem was changed with Croatian. It means that this rare dagger wasin use only a short period of about 2 years. Rare Polish Infantry Officer’s Sabre, Sword. “Honor i Ojczyzna” wz. 21/22 with the scabbard. Extremely rare Polish Infantry Officers sword, sabre model wz. The steel blade with engraved the Polish eagle, flowers and foliage, and the motto. On the blade is stamped BOROWSKI WARSZAWA. There are no other visible markings on the blade. Brass hilt with original black lacquered leather covered wooden grip and bound with double twisted brass wire. The hilt is stamped underneath on the back and the rear of the blade with the number 4. The blade of the sabre is in very good conditions for its years with slight traces of corrosion on both sides. The hilt is in very good condition with beautiful patina, the black leather has slight signs of use and brass wire wrapping is intact. The scabbard has a few small dents and some traces of corrosion (see carefully the attached photos). The sabre and scabbard is in its original condition. Sabre measurements: Overall length: 94 cm Length of the blade: 76 cm Curvature of the blade: 1.2 cm. Width of the blade at the widest point: 2.8 cm. 1920’s 1st Infantry Division, Battery C 7th Field Artillery Tunic & Trousers. There are two collar discs with red backing, and 7th Artillery DUIs by Dondero. There is a 1st Infantry Division Patch on the left shoulder with a Private 1st Class chevron on both sleeves. Also included are dog tags, ID’d to George Little. The contract label is very difficult to read, I couldnt pull much information off of it. No size marked anywhere, but it measures pit to pit at 19, so around a size 38. The trousers are marked inside as a size 33/27. There are several stains, small holes and other wear. In very good condition; the coat has a few areas with small moth holes, the inside lining is a bit chewed along the bottom. The trousers also show staining, holes and wear. A used British 1897 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword George 5th NO SCABBARD. This sword has King George V and the Kings crown eteched onto the blade, as well as designed into the guard, so this sword dates from 1910 to 1936. The length of the blade is 33 inches. Handle grip is made of shark skin and is in excelent condition. There are some very minor dings in the edge of the blade, but besides that it is in excellent condition. There are no visible maker marks and thie sword is not regimentally marked at all. Overall in excellent conditon and a very nice piece. GST of 5% is applicable on all sales within Canada.
