This is a very nice example of a Japanese Army NCO Sword, Type 95. It wears a brass guard and is mounted with a cast aluminum hilt painted to resemble the Officer’s pattern which continues to wear some of the original paint and does remain in nice, tight condition. The machine made blade measures 26 3/8 inches in length. The blade also has survived in very nice original condition with only some minor surface blemishes. The MATCHING metal scabbard is a lightly scuffed near the carrying ring but does remain in very good serviceable condition as well and has no dings. Overall measuring 38 1/4 inches in length. This is a very nice example of a short Japanese Army Officer Sword which dates from the Showa Era and is in Civilian Mount. It is mounted with a well-made arsenal blade that wears a cutting edge of 21 1/2 inches and from tip to tip it measures 29 1/8 inches in length. The blade boasts a lovely straight temper line which extends to the tip on both sides and remains in beautiful original condition with only some minor surface blemishes. The tang wears a Showa stamp and is signed ” Fukumoto KANEMUNE “. It wears gorgeous matching menuki and simple but very nice fuchi kashira that all remain in very nice condition as well. This is a very nice example of a Japanese Army Officer’s Company Grade Kyu Gunto Sword, Type 19. It is mounted with a wonderful grooved blade that wears a cutting edge that measures 26 1/8 inches in length. The blade has survived in very nice original condition with only some minor surface blemishes. The beautiful D-guard is very nicely detailed and frames a gorgeous hilt that is beautifully covered with healthy black polished sharkskin. Still present, is a very nice blue and brown tassel that came with the sword and remains in excellent condition as well. The plated metal scabbard has one small ding and has just a little minor flaking, nevertheless does remain in very good, serviceable condition. Overall measuring 35 inches in length. This is a very nice example of a Japanese Shin Gunto Sword carried by an Army Officer during World War II. It is mounted with an ancestral, streamline signed KOTO blade that wears a cutting edge of 26 3/4 inches in length. The blade has survived in beautiful polished condition with a very nice temper line that extends to the tip on either side. The tang wears one hole and although difficult to make out, possibly reads? All the nice quality fittings also remain very nice as does the metal scabbard which remains absolutely perfect in its condition. This is a very nice example of a Japanese Army Officer’s Sword which dates from the World War II Era. It is mounted with a beautiful Seki blade that wears a cutting edge which measures 25 1/4 inches in length. The blade has survived in beautiful original condition with only very minor surface staining that could be cleaned up in the right hand and wears a large, lovely wavy temper line. The tang is signed with a signature that translates to “Ishihara KANENAO saku”. The lovely regulation fittings all remain extremely nice as well. The LIGHTWEIGHT textured wooden scabbard also remains near perfect in condition with just a couple of very small chips to the finish at the edge next to the carrying ring. I’m really proud to introduce this very rare example of history and war – on of the first soviet gas masks GP-2. Unique looking and very rare nowadays, extremely hard to find. This one is a first type (early issue) of GP-2 with the eye-lenses attached to the mask with the tape and not stitched as in a later issue of 1930s. The mask made from canvas and leather, head straps made from fabric and are in bad condition due to long storage. In few places (please see pictures), the face part still in very good condition and there is only some minor tear and rust from storage. It will be a real proud and a top-shelf item for any gas mask collector, or ww2 military collector. Well worth of investing as well as this model is extremely rare on the market. Stylized brass crown pattern pommel and S form crossguard with scabbard release button show light surface wear to the copper/bronze-colored flashing/wash.
