Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWII Russian Model 1927 cavalry Shashka sword. Nicely unit marked on the blade and dated 1932. 31 ¾ blade has beautiful original bright finish and has been sharpened. Still has original leather washer at the base. Brass fittings have attractive patina. Dated 1932 on the lower fitting, pommel has beautiful hammer and sickle markings. Fitted in correct original leather covered scabbard that has steel fittings.
